Reconstituted Stone
This product is produced from approximately 85% natural stone ore. The ore is pigmented, compressed into blocks and impregnated with approximately 15% acrylic gem resin.

As Recon Stone is sold by weight it is not possible to pre-determine the actual price of a slab until it has been cut from the master block and then weighed to determine the actual price. When ordering slabs know that the actual price of a 1/8” slab or ¼” slab will vary by type of stone and will be based on the actual weight in ounces of the slab x $4.00.

Each type of stone has a different density and comes in a different size block so each type of stone slab cut from the block will vary in total price, length and width. The majority of 1/8” thick slabs will cost less than $25.00 per slab and will be 2-3” wide and 6-10” long. This will also be the same for the ¼” thick slabs. As the average weight of a ¼” slab is 8 ounces the average price will be 8oz x $4.00=$32.00 per ¼” slab. In most cases the actual price will be lower then the set price listed on the website. We can cut slabs in any thickness above 1/8” thick. The width and length will vary depending on the individual block it is cut from.

Slabs with gold #500-509 sold at $5.00 per ounce.
