This is perfect for making scales for my Myerchin Gen2 Pro Crew Marlin spike folder. Having the thinner bone thickness saved hours of work cutting it down!. The quality of the color of the bone as well as the shine after polishing was tremendous. The quality of bone that comes standard with the Myerchin was lacking (good bone is expensive) though the steel and quality of construction is outstanding as the Navy and Coast Guard will attest. This bone was rich, deep in color and a pleasure to work from blank into finished handles. I will try and show the final results in pictures.
