The Recon 1/Talwar/Espada lines do not use full metal liners. This G10/carbon fiber ply is the perfect blend of lightness and strength for these folders and is also very pleasing to the eye and hand. A definite upgrade. The 5" x 12" size is perfect for the larger size of these XL folders. The material is high quality.
